Aquariums, Water Tanks and Drainage |
Exhibitors at Fira de Barcelona events who require water and drainage services must indicate this on their Stand Approval form and submit the corresponding form before the deadline. Water and drainage outlets in the halls are ½” threaded and 40 mm in diameter, with connections carried out by Fira de Barcelona's technical personnel.
Water pressure from the general water company is 4 bars. Exhibitors needing constant pressure should use regulators or pressure-boosting devices. Fira de Barcelona will install a hose from the service chest to the stand, with a shut-off valve at the hose's end. Exhibitors are responsible for the water network from the connection point to their stand unless Fira de Barcelona handles the installation.
Exhibitors must not drain water tanks outside of the designated drainage system. For locations without a water supply, exhibitors must contact the event management team for the possibility of temporary installation, which will incur an additional charge.
