Please note that badges are no longer being mailed.
In an effort to make entry process more efficient, we are moving to a digital badge and print from home format. You will now have the option to print your badge from home or download the digital badge in advance of the event. Additional information and instructions will be sent closer to the event.
What will my badge look like? This year you will have the option to Print from Home OR download your digital badge.
When can I expect my badge? Your Print from Home and digital badge registration options will be emailed to you one month before the event (by 7 April) This email will include instructions on how to print from home OR download your digital badge. This email will be sent to the email you registered with.

Badge Allotments |
Each lead exhibiting company may register 5 complimentary badges per 10m2 stand. This badge allotment is SHARED between all exhibiting companies and pavilion organizers within the same stand. Additional badges over the complimentary allotment will be charged 40€ per badge and will not be processed without payment.
**Do not register buyers, customers/non-exhibitors with your badge allotment.

Register Exhibit Personnel |
Visit Exhibitor Registration to register for your exhibitor badges. To access your company’s badge allotment, select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the Stand Confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. |
Co-Exhibitors |
If you are a co-exhibiting company and would like to register for your exhibit badges, contact your LEAD exhibiting company for registration instructions. The badge registration password is shared between lead and co-exhibitors.

Update Your Badge Information

Changes can be made online. Once logged into the system, click “Edit” button next to the badge that needs to be changed.

Exhibitor Badge Upgrade: Exhibitor Conference Program |
Upgrade your badge through Exhibitor Registration for only 175€ to include full access to the conference program and conference video recordings (provided via email post Expo). The program features two and a half days of educational sessions, presented by top industry experts highlighting global regulatory updates, critical issues, and market trends in today’s evolving seafood business environment. Upgraded exhibitor badges also include access to all available PowerPoint presentations after the Expo.

Worker Pass |
All stand builders, exhibitors, contractors, and related personnel who need access to Fira Barcelona starting on Thursday 1 May are REQUIRED to have official credentials with them at all times. Make sure to have your ID as it will be required upon entering the venue. There are two types of acceptable credentials.
- Official Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global Exhibitor Badge.
- Fira Barcelona Worker Pass. For individuals who will not need access during expo days (contractor staff, etc). you may instead register for a Worker Pass to gain access to Fira during installation and dismantle only. Registration for Fira Worker Passes coming early 2025.

Invite Customers or Buyers
to Attend
|
All exhibitor eVIP invitations and efforts are at no cost to you - they are included with your exhibit space purchase. You can share your custom link or code with your current or prospect buyers via your social media, email or linked digital ads on your company website. Your custom registration link includes a trackable code which will provide qualified buyers a FREE exhibit hall pass. These invitations should NOT be used to register exhibit stand staff, your vendors or non-exhibiting suppliers. *The exhibitor eVIP code does not discount the non-exhibiting suppliers fee for free Exhibit Hall access. They will be charged 190€ pre-event and 225€ onsite. Non-exhibiting suppliers are attendees whose businesses provide products and services to the seafood industry.
Please note: Due to the current geopolitical situation, Diversified Communications is not accepting the participation of companies from Russia or Belarus at the 2025 edition of Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global.

Lead Retrieval |
Lead Retrieval is available to order for the event. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a digital badge on their mobile phone or a printout from home. Either option will have a QR Scan for you to scan. Expo Policies |
The following Expo Policies apply to all Exhibitors and Attendees:
- All exhibitors, attendees, and contractors are required to bring a government issued photo ID with them to the Expo. Photo ID verification will be in place at all entrances during installation, dismantle, and exhibition days.
- The exposition is open to trade professionals only.
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission.
- Attendees are not allowed to leave with perishable seafood products.
- Badges may not be used by more than one person. It is prohibited to share your badge.
- Fira Barcelona is a smoke-free facility which includes vaping & electronic cigarettes.
- Access for anyone under the age of 16 is forbidden. This age regulation applies for installation days, exposition days, and dismantle days. This will be strictly enforced on-site
